Supplements stack

Dear homos,

You ****s don't lift, but if you did what supplements would you get? Anything you guys recommend beside the following:

Whey proton powder
Creaton
Multi
Fish oil
ZMA
Pre-workout

I tried BCAA for a couple of months but I literally couldn't feel any difference whatsoever.

Best regards,

Another homo

In my honest opinion, any other supplement is not worth it

Do you notice anything from beta alanine and xtend?

Yeah sounds about right. There are tons of article touting the benefits of random **** like glutamine, but when you search for people's opinion they say it doesn't do ****.

Last time I seriously researched supplements was about 4 years ago. I'm wondering if there's any new developments.

If I could afford a home cook that would get me varied foods full of protein I'd get rid of the Whey, multi and fish oil but creatine and ZMA is solid I think.

Creatine just gives me more reps in the tank and makes me look slightly bigger, ZMA gives me great sleep and weaponized cum shots.

Beta alanine can make your face itchy and BCAA's supposedly help with recovery but don't expect to directly notice it
