do you suffer in silence?

all your worries and heartaches, do you ever share them with somebody in real life besides online maybe? or do you keep everything bottled up? bottlemaxxer here. i don't have close friends that i can trust with heavy chit like that. not gonna burden any family members. so just suffer in silence day after day until the end like a man.

I'm a man. I don't suffer, have heartaches, or care about sharing burdens because I don't have any. Real men don't cry. They don't care. They also tell OPs to fist themselves. Sooo, fist urself.

Not suffering. Just a lot of repressed anger with no outlet.

I don't share what I feel because I'm afraid that no one will care.

People always confide in me, but are nowhere to be seen when I need an ear.

Yes, and so should everyone else.

Making people think their feelings are everyone else's problem to solve is why the world is currently clown AF.

Fuk em definitely. I've been channeling my anger into doing things that make me happy or improve me and that's already lead to some good changes this year.

Got a raise coming at one job, and a potential job offer next year so it's literally a win/win for me right now.

I've grown to enjoy my own company but sometimes I'll admit loneliness catches up to me. With time I'll attract the right people who appreciate my company and mine theirs.

It's a bitter sweet feeling, but I guess that's just apart of the growing process.

I hate the mantra life is suffering. Going to try to summarize

I think we're taught logic
Logic tends to lend itself toward deduction

Most people are avg. And get caught up in it, they can't see the forest for the trees

For example, if you break down existence to molecules you can get to the last aspect of matter (that we know mind you) and say.. there's nothing beyond it

This would be an example of deduction imo. It can eventually get stuck

But you can flip that around and say that very last aspect of matter is a building block, and gives everything. Everything as result of that builds everything

To me that is constructive. Where we tend to focus on deduction which may not be destructive but it is similar imo

I don't think life is suffering. I think life is fuken awesome

yes. I used to have a best friend and we'd talk about EVERYTHING together and always back each other up. But last year, his stupid axx stopped being my friend because I didn't believe in BLM. So now I suffer in silence and I don't have any one else that close. I really miss the friendship, we were best friends since 2009, that's 11 years, fk...

Pretty much this. Not that I was ever one to make my problems other people or anything, I learned that you push people away when you list your problems you can't solve. Especially so when it comes to voicing those problems to girlfriends or wives.

Bottle those problems up, except maybe to close guy friends or even therapists if you go to them.

I dont have heartaches because im not gay but I do share my worries, concerns, goals and thoughts with the wife. Having a supportive partner as a man is amazing. Im on wife #2 and ill say wife #1 was not supportive.

Im a man so I'll go solve my problems, and my wife's problems, on my own. Don't need help there but its damn nice to share it with someone, the world is a really cold and uncaring place for a man.

Yes but the past day or so I’ve been feeling slightly better.

Historically though, definitely. Men aren’t allowed to talk about their emotions like women
