How long until misc is dead? (Srs)

So I seen the thread on misc where we are on less than 1,000 active members which is sad tbh I lived through and misced in the peak 2012-2016 when most threads would reach 4 pages in under an hour, now it’s so hard to even find a thread on the first page which is over 2 pages.
How long do we have left on the sinking ship?

Yeah nothing gets more than 2 pages here anymore except race, Covid, incel or SS threads. Not sure what happened man. This place was still very active around 2015 and then thousands of members just vanished.

I noticed something: the average misc lifespan is like 1-3 years.
Most people from 2012 when I misced stopped around 2015-2016.

Probably when the bodybuilding.com forum dies. The misc is the 3rd most popular section on the forum behind the supplements section and teen bodybuilding section. Even with the Misc being censored and quarintined

Closing off to new members basically means more and more will quit as they naturally do due to the average miscers span of time they spend here, and they won’t be replaced by new miscers.

We all aged off the internet. I used to post sporadically in HS under a name i forgot and came back under this name now, but this is the only place on the internet I post.

Once the misc dies ill only interact with people in real life I guess
