Anyone drink pre/pro biotic?

Like Kambucha and what not? Read it was a waste unless you have a medical condition, in for thoughts.

I never go out of my way for them, but I always grab one when I see one.

Kombucha is a waste, srs.

Get your probiotics from greek yogurt/raw milk/fermented foods, and your prebiotics from fibrous vegetables.

I literally don’t eat any of that.

I should take some. Kimchi should be the goat, as its assumed people even live longer because of it
