Srs brahs my bodyfat % goes up and down like a yo-yo ..
I either am actively dieting and lean or I don’t diet at all and get to 20% bodyfat within a couple of months.
How do I maintain a lean physique without actively dieting/ counting macros? And not get fat if im a bit relaxed with the diet.

Ever tried, ever failed..
No Matter fail again... fail better.

When I eat out, 9 times out of 10 I choose healthier things. Lean meat. No sauces/condiments. Avoid carbs (no fries). All that stuff.
For me my weight / bodyfat gets out of wack when I spend too much time with my family. They give me "care packages" of unhealthy candies and/or salty carbs when I part ways. And especially in COVID era I've got almost no one to share it with, and I hate throwing away their chit. Asking them to stop doesn't work lol. Beyond that, time spent while I'm with them is bad too. They've got pies/cakes, dad cooks up some fatty steaks on the grill, and usually they have some of my guilty snack foods I love (nachos, bean dip, etc.).
