Misc - Need tips / tricks to secure concert tickets

There is a concert that will be open to public sale Friday @ 1000 at a smallish venue and will undoubtedly sell out almost immediately
The last announcement sold out so fast they have now set a limit of 4, and will only mail tickets a month prior to the event or hold at will call, hard tickets only no digital options to prevent 3rd party resales

How can I maximize my chances to secure a couple when they drop?
I have heard of having numerous browsers open at once and making sure web speeds are spooky fast but is there anything else that could improve my chances?

Reps for any guidance

The last couple concerts I bought tickets for last summer I signed on about 15-20 min early to make sure everything was ready and it put you in a queue. So I'd say sign on maybe 30 min early. If they're limiting tix per person then you prob have a better chance this time.

Interdasting - the last round the site put everyone in a queue and auto-refreshed at sale time, but as soon as it did the event immediately showed as sold out so coulda been I didnt get into line early enough then

Yeah it could be you weren't high enough in the queue. If the show is that highly sought after I'd say sign on as early as possible.

Just don't be too attached to going, go to the venue that day and buy from a scalper. Offer like half face value too.

There's too many resellers in the game and they will gladly take a loss to get rid of tickets last minute rather than eat the whole ticket.

Why bother buying tickets when they will cancel due to covid.

Oh I'm 100% going but the question is will I be paying face value or 3rd party prices after the fact

Some of yall may even be familiar with the situation but the concert in question is the Turnpike Troubadours and if you are you'll understand what's up
But for anyone unfamiliar, they are a cultish bluegrass'ish, rock'ish, sad boi country band that's been on hiatus for several years and recently just started dropping tour announcements
They are not hitting the largest of venues so the resell market has been unreal and really unlikely to see much of a last second sell off because of the scarce availability to begin with

It's going down in Oklahoma which might be the reddest state in the union but chances are never 0 so we'll see

Oh I thought you meant a real band like metallica or foo fighters.

So many resellers they sell out venues in seconds. And always tons of tickets available day of.

Lol nah they an obscure band outside of the genre...
I wouldn't even take the trouble to try and scoop any up at release for a monster show like that because yea would be options anywhere and everywhere

But in their specific genre they are the Metallica or Foo Fighters
So for this being a limited run and with really the only interest being from primarily people actually trying to attend, the demand is stupid right now
