My cutting meals turn out to be some combination of:

Scrambled Eggs - reduced fat cheese, some skim milk too
Brown Rice
Mixed Vegetables
Air Fried nuggets - 75% reduced fat
Wheat Sandwich bread
Lunch Meat

Yeah and salt + black pepper

Sauteed the broc before I ovened it up for a little

Ran out of alu foil and always have this trays lying around

Worth it for bikini season. I prob have to get a smaller one this year.
