Butfuck it I just went and sent it at the great big Church that is planet fitness. I must have been half way through some chest flys when that N.O.-XPLODE® from last night started rearing its head...

I bolted, as fast as my wobbly old knees could take me but it was too late. I looked around into the bathroom mirror to asses the damage but it ended up flinging shitall over the floor and walls.

Never the less, I give no flying shitabout this gym so I wipe my ass using my tee and head straight back to the chest fly machine. After a good workout I catch some young zoomer mirin snapping pictures of me.

What kind of "man" works out at Planet Fitness?

I walked into the locker room a month a go and saw a circular vomit spill 4 feet wide, blocking my to everything. So I turned around and told the staff. Someone must have worked out very hard.


Also, the sauna has mildew on the floor. I sit up high to avoid the smell. Been there for decades, and they always just say someone is coming to fix it.
