THIS is peak male peformance

Been watching this guy since he went pro in bodybuilding(IFBB) in 2018

Dude is reaching some next level lifting I don't think anyone has really hit.

He doesn't put up worlds top numbers, but he is hitting some top 10 national records as a bodybuilder

Watch his most recent squat and bench on IG, its not just how much he lifts, but how he lifts it. He has 100% control, NO momentum, no power tricks, just pure raw muscular strength, its absolutely nuts how clean he reps what elite powerlifters are hitting in competitions.

Dude is also 26 years old.

How is that helping you in any real world application?

If a dude ready to fight you gonna challenge him to a bench off?

If you can't fight, or at least run because your heart would explode after 2 mins, how are you in peak performance?

no it isnt

more accessible yes, but its quality has done nothing but go down overtime

guys used to take 1/5th of what they do now and get way more effect from it(no it wasnt their training or discipline if you know anything about doses you would know, not getting into that discussion on here)

Yeah he must have a great work ethic and lots of dedication whilst at the same time making use of great genetics - i'd say great genetics because I nearly tore my pec benching 275 lbs LOL and i'm the 'strong guy' at the gym

he actually lifts better than 99.99999% of people I have seen lift, that over the course of a decade + said genetics goes a long, long way

Theres levels to lifting optimally, or stages, I would say at least 10 you have to go through before getting to this guys level, most people wont ever even surpass level 3 or 4 of lifting before they get stuck, this guy reached level 8+ when he was very young and has continued to progress

The fact people cant see it and will blame it on gear just shows their ignorance because they can not actually even notice the small nuances that show how advanced his lifting really is.

Isn't that like you looking at that powerlifter who makes you look like a child and trying to find a 'chink in his armour' because even a kick to the leg wouldn't make him budge?

You sound a bit silly and childish - nobody really cares about 'bodybuilding powerlifting form' except for people like you.

It's just some guy lifting sh*t up and down.

I understand that this guy is good, but even i don't really care atm because i'm not 'that serious' about lifting.

I had a friend tell me he'd look like ronnie coleman if he took steroids and he has the noodle arms + love handles combo - this was back in 2010 though - so i get your frustration with people talking sh*t 'bcoz of roids'.

I took a cycle back in the day and blew up from 92 kilos to 105 kilos lean and my friend took the same thing (same sauce) and literally didn't even look different after - i'd been training properly for 3 or 4 years at that point and he thought he'd just take a few injects and tabs to get swole.

But then again my fake natty friend who i presume as one sh*t has arms bigger than his head SHREDDED and make me look like a fat bloat lord

totally different mechanics and control. What kyle is doing is WAY more difficult with the slow eccentrics and using his muscles and not his leverages and mechanics and momentum to power through the rep.
I am very aware of Jamal because he is one of the few more quad dominant elite PLers with crazy numbers. But its a totally different style of lifting.

Its not just lifting **** up and down though. Ronnie coleman just lifted **** up and down, powerlifters just lift stuff up and down, what Kyle is doing is having COMPLETE control of the weight throughout the whole rep not transferring load to different muscles to get the weight up, not using power techniques to get the weight up, not speeding up the eccentric to have an explosive concentric, EVERY stabilizer muscle he has is strong AF allowing him to do that. Guys who could squat 900lbs raw couldnt squat 700lbs like he does with that much control, depth, tempo, knee flexion, back and core stabilization, etc...

I shouldn't expect many miscers to see the differences though, but some will. Its something only a really trained eye can notice but when those people see it its something remarkable.

yup

and I am not saying one is better than the other BUT the difficulty of the weight and skill Kyle is using here is crazy. He still can grip and rip 9 plates from the floor, but when he does this more controlled lifting its something I have never seen before with this amount of weight and this level of control.
