Most efficient way to improve cardio quickly ?

Running on treadmill ? That’s what I’m doing now. Set it to 6 then just run as long as I can.

Any way to get better cardio quicker ? I’m 187 right now and wanna get down to 170

HIIT no question increases your Vo2 and doesn’t take much time. I get on the stair master and do 2 minutes at level 10 then 1 minute at level 20 repeat for 15 minutes.

It's not really that complicated, you just run at 80/90% effort and add more miles/duration/speed to your program each week

oh yea blood transfusions are also pretty neat cheat codes as well

Mindstate and right motivations and then diet plus sleep, and then you push your self like resistance training and it works fr though

Keep it varied so you can do it consistently and not feel burned out. I mix HIIT, low intensity walking, high intensity biking, etc. But don't do it for weight loss, it's so much more effort than just eating less.

If you have the time walk several miles at a brisk pace.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Rowing. Try to get 500m in under 1:30 and work on long distances. Just better than simply jogging on a treadmill. I despise just running for no reason. Rowing is fun.
If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary
