Again plan is combo strength/hypertrophy/injury prevention to make my work easier
V squat 3x8

Sled pulls with strap 3 x 20 steps (simulates pulling pallets with strap in back of 53 footer)
Swiss ball curls
Hip thrust bodyweight with isometric hold 3x10sec
Superman 3x 10 sec
Mountaineer Supersets 3x20
Core work

I'd probably put the more conditioning work like the sled drags toward the end of your workout. throw some weight onto those hip-thrusts and do the bodyweight hip-thrust isometrics as a warmup.
depending on how you do your swiss ball curls, you're probably lacking true hamstring work that takes them through a fuller range of motion. i.e: lying leg curls, RDLs (can do these with dumbbells as well), etc

I am going to be vigilant about keeping up with my therapy this year to keep from getting hurt.
I plan on 5 rounds of shoulder stretching tonight.
Each round consists of 6 movements.

Oh and about hamstrings.
Swiss ball curls hit hamstrings.
Hex bar deads don't they hit hams along with v squats?
What about the backwards sled pull?
I will be alternating RDL for hex bar every other leg day.

I got away from leg curl machines because I have heard multiple physical therapists say it's a bad idea especially for athletes.
While I am no longer an active athlete I rely on my body for my income and we do some difficult moves getting furniture up stairs.

back low bar squat 5x5
sled push max weight for max distance and call it a day.
if you dont cheat on efforts not sure how you have any gastank left for anything else after 5x5.
unless youre in gym for ninja pics on men.
