Why do people (libs) romanticized "first X"???
I'm so sick of people saying "he's the first black guy to do ..." or "the first trans to receive ...". Like who gives a FUK.

Plus a number of Republicans say the nominee's history-making credentials -- being an African American woman -- are not enough to sway them.
GOOD. Why the FUK does her being a black woman have anything to do with it? It should be the best person for the job. To quote the great Zapp, "I don't care if your skin's red or tan or Chinese".See SuperHercules' sig

I used to work in a place that used to have black week, Hispanic week, etc. They would promote great people from these various groups.
I used to say things like, how do we know if these people are great IN SPITE of being black, hispanic, etc?
For instance, I'm part of white culture but I don't like a lot of things from white culture. So, I've done many positive things not because I'm white but because I don't like a lot of "white" values.

It is part of white liberal (especially Ashkenazi and Anglo-Saxon) bigotry to place others beneath them and then infantilize them to maintain their feelings of superiority but have a veneer of concern and care (mental gymnastics to not deal with their bigotry).
Giving a certain group a week or month, or anything, is a display of power. They can control non-liberal whites and the so-called colored groups by controlling society and its culture, institutions, mechanisms, etc...

Does George Soros, and similar, actually believe in equality and tolerance and justice for all? No. They have their own agenda.
Does the liberal academic/activist/feminist actually believe in equality and tolerance and justice for all? No, but they truly believe that they do. Mental gymnastics.
Does the politician or corporate executive actually believe in equality and tolerance and justice for all? No, but they see which way the wind is blowing and go with the flow until they see the winds change.
