Is there anything worth buying right now?
I have iphone Xs. Thought about upgrading to iphone 13 this year but it doesn't seem like theres any difference lol. iPhone 14 pro will probably be better with 48 megapixel camera and notch should be removed.
I was thinking about getting an ipad to watch videos, check stocks, and read on but only the overpriced ipad pro has 120 HZ display lol.
I have a 2004 lexus with 160k miles but no point upgrading since I hate cars. If I were to buy a new car I would get a tesla but new cars are not worth it and I prefer public transportation anyways.
My clothes are all old af but I don't see any reason to buy new clothes since I work from home all day.
A 4k TV might be worth buying but doesn't seem like there is much 4k content. Does netflix even have 4k streaming yet? Also 8k TVs are starting to come out so i might skip 4k.
I do have a VR headset which is cool. It's an old acer VR headset. I think I will buy a new one but not yet since they are rapidly improving. Supposedly apple is working on one.
Tired of drinking chit coffee so I may buy a nice coffee grinder...

Real estate probably the best hedge against inflation right now

I'm kind of having the same problem. Don't want to buy much and don't want to put any money into the stock market while it's looking toppy and spazzing out. I'm a rentcel so I need to own property, but I still need like $30k/yr more income to make it work.
Recently just sent $700 back home to my poorcel parents... I guess that's as good of a use of money as any.

You could say the same about any item for as long as you live. You sound like me; minimalistic. I prefer experiences, currently on holiday in Barbados for only £400.

biggest difference would be if you have a gamign console to play in 4k. it would be worth it though for a nice OLED tv, even if you dont use 4k source material and just upscaled 1080p it will look great.
