I think it is meth personally but I have seen people say it's a bot (in that case then, a nonsensical chit tier bot).

im pretty sure wincel had a breakdown like this. I didn't witness it, but I heard others talk about it just before he got banned. Interesting.

Yup, he has breakdowns every few months and I imagine the last one was pretty bad as they have become steadily worse. However, Wincel has never left though, there are like four or five alts he is working with right now.
