I figure I am one to some degree. Have plenty of friends, a job, and hobbies, and I'm not going around angry at women/the world, but idk wtf I'm doing on the dating front, and in the short term at least, dating success feels both out of my reach and out of my control.

Being an incel is a choice. You can either continue to wallow around in self pity, envy, and resentment or you can Start talking to women and go on dates. don't get offended if there isn't a second date. That isn't necessarily the objective when you are inexperienced. The goal is to gain experience with women. Learn and go on more dates. It's how you grow as a man. As you gain experience, you become date-able. Sex will come and go. Eventually you will find someone that clicks and you can have a girlfriend if you choose... Start off by talking to women and going on as many dates as possible. You have to do it to change your mindset. You learn from action, not complacency.

I haven't had sex because I'm a Christian.

Just getting a GF wouldn't be too hard, but a quality woman would be more difficult. I need more money and some other improvements before I can go after a quality girl.

I'd you got attractive traits then you either aren't putting yourself in the right situation or don't know how to properly flirt with a girl to create attraction.

I see so many dudes who are too boring or too nice. Easiest way is to make them chase you. That's what I always did. I don't have a spectacular personality and I'm not very talkative or outgoing at all but know how to create desire and attraction just kind of came naturally to me though. It's through subtle flirting, subtle eye contact, body language, confidence and showing genuine interest in them and letting them talk. Every woman loves talking about themselves. Ask them questions about themselves, don't talk too much about yourself and remain kind of mysterious. If they ask what you do say something funny and stick with it in a teasing kind of way, etc.
