Anyone still drink on their cuts and/or fasts?

Not too long ago I had a couple of terrible cheat days. Mostly water weight, but I went from literally 166 lbs to 175ish lbs after those 2 days. So much so that I decided to fast, which I typically do after a regretful cheat day. But this time I decided that instead of zero Calories, I'd drink some alcohol resulting in what would still be far less than even half of my typical Caloric intake. I probably had 1 beer every hour or so over the course of like 6 hours. I had a nice consistent buzz all evening without going overboard. And I ate nothing else, I feel like it might've even distracted me / suppressed my hunger tbh.

As far as the drink of choice, it'd probably be optimal to prepare liquor + diet coke. But I went with beer, recommend trying to go at least somewhat optimal in terms of Calories:Alcohol-content ratio. I've figured "Natural Ice" to be among the best, since it's 5.9% ABV, and only 130 Calories, which is only 22 Calories per 1% ABV for 12 FL Oz. Technically better than Michelob ultra for example which is 95 Calories at 4.2% ABV, or 22.6 Calories per 1% ABV for 12 FL Oz.

I drank on keto and still lost almost 40 lbs. Keto is the most efficient diet/cut I have ever tried. I had let myself go and got up to 205 and did keto from August to December and lost it all. Was amazing.

I do. Cutting always still went well. For me it is splitting hairs if I don't drink. I usually just drink Rum and Diet coke.

It's not technically fasting if you're drinking/eating calories. I think some places say you can have up to about 70 cals a day without breaking auto****y.

Well I'm back to 0 alcohol, but it doesn't work for me. If I drink...I drink a lot, and then I get ravenous and end up making drunken ubereats orders or whatever.
