That was insane , like bringing a hand gun to a mini gun fight . These guys need sniper rifles in some cases , when there’s a lot of distance involved

Shootouts have been occuring for decades - even before Rockstar (and its offshoots and affiliates) were barely in diapers, so your thread title is just plain stupid.

Next you'll be going "Russia goes full COD on Eastern Europe's a*s", yet warfare on a large scale is not exactly new, numbnuts.

He didn't properly seat the mag the first time - which is why it fell out immediately. The second time he accidentally hit the release which is why it fell out mid stream.

It's why I can't stand cops that have these Gucci target pistols (like his) that are meant for competition and target shooting and not combat situations. You don't want a huge inflated magwell because it prevents you from seating the magazine in high stress situations - the FBI study on the matter found when you're in a high stress situation you're more likely to not properly seat the next mag than you are to miss the reload all together. Same with oversized mag releases. Just makes it easier to accidentally hit in high stress situations when your fine motor skills diminish and why cops should be taught very basic firearm tactics.

Too many ex-military instructors or tacti-cool guys start getting credentials and teaching cops these cool more efficient ways to reload and do this and that and it's cool and all, but the cops aren't going to get 1000s of reps required to repeat that under stress. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast (also KISS) is a saying for a reason but people have gotten away from that recently in tactical training.

Jack Carr said something similar to this on his podcast. Said in the seal teams they didn't put an emphasis on blazing fast reloads or anything, it was more about solid reps, and it naturally became faster with practice.

Yeah when I was deployed I lived in the same compound that the choppers left from to kill Osama, where all the legit teams were (my unit were just pawns for them basically). But we'd shoot with them as much as we could and basically 90% of their weapons training was reinforcing the basics. They did it blazingly fast where it looked impressive, but when it was slowed down and they were helping us, it seemed elementary compared to our usual training. Fast forward to actually getting into high stress/combat and it makes total sense. Just doing the basics under super high stress is hard enough. Try your super tacticool el presidente reload in real life and see how that works.

Now that I'm a cop I see the same thing happening with police forces. Everyone is training to be super quick and efficient and cut off microseconds using more fine motor skills, and it leads to mistakes like you see in the video. Everyone is trying to be on the cutting edge and be the best, instead of just mastering the basic reload so when you're in combat you can pull it off - instead of getting hung up on your cool guy reload and then things don't go as planned and it screws up your whole process and fuks you up.

How far back in time do we have to go before an expression is okay with you? English is a derivative of Latin. Would a Latin expression be appropriate? I don't think so, Latin came from a previous language too.

Let us know what is acceptable for you.

Dude had a blinged out gun but didn't know how to properly use it. Mag kept coming out prematurely.
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.

Yeah for sure. One thing you notice in SF combat footage is the guys aren't doing high speed reloads, they're actually casual in a lot of cases. If you're holed up behind a birm 70+ yards away from a target you don't need a high speed reload. There's a specific time where you'd need to do such a thing where it's worth it.
