People who go out to eat steak are idiots

Just cooked a steak from target with no marbling

salted it for an hour with garlic salt

cooked it to 110 internal on the smoker

seared it directly on burning wood

you literally cannot buy steak like this from a restaurant

only fukkin idiots buy their steaks cooked.

Why go out when you could throw a steak in the air fryer?

I love cooking my own steaks, but people go out to steakhouse because of the social aspect. Not that I would expect Miscers to understand that.

And sitting at home and reading the Misc; where there are 2 threads about Silencespeaks on the front page is better?

I know I can cook steak myself. But going out to eat is more of a social thing than anything else.

I get what you are saying - and there is truth to poorcels who do this. But sometimes you or friends just want to go to restaurant for whatever reason, and for me personally, I’m not going to order pasta or some stupid chit, usually steak is what I’m in the mood for.

So why not just invite people over? A few friends, date night with another couple.

Steak is literally one of the easiest things to cook, as long as it isn't frozen in the middle it is edible, you could eat it raw.

I feel like if you are gonna go out, order something you couldn't do yourself.
