Is Putin the GOAT modern leader?

He's probably he's no Frederick the great or Napoleon but considering he's up against Trudeau and macron he might be the best one of the modern lot.

Not condoning attacking Ukraine I don't know enough about it but he's probably doing something right if the media hates him so much.
