Pretty sure I have the most rational explanation of the Ukraine/Russia war...

The US (NATO) started pushing east into Soviet bloc countries basically immediately after the Cold war ended (Around 1990) Even as the Sec. of state was promising Gorbachev no expansion of NATO. "Not one inch eastward" was the famous quote.

Ever since then NATO has basically flipped or gained influence over nearly all the former Eastern Bloc countries. Fast forward to 2014, there was a revolution in Ukraine. However alot of Ukranians also considered it coup sponsored by the US (when Biden was Obama's vice president).

Now Biden is "The big guy", a speculation you could associate with him being the president or however Burisma may have been implying it allegedly.

Many People in Russia believe that the current UK government is just a puppet government installed by the USA. Talks of Ukraine joining NATO have been been ramping up since Biden got elected.

Putin knew he wouldn't stand a chance defending the last bit of his border against NATO so that left him no choice but to invade in hopes of establishing his own dominance first.

Wrong.

Here's how it is:

Countries with the potential to become NATO are paid off by the US government. These leaders then do everything they can to remain in power so that dough keeps coming in.

Ukraine got their chit pushed in by being corrupted by the US dollar(which is stolen resources)

Biden crime family wants paper trails in Ukraine destroyed. Putin bombed bio weapons facilities preventing the next plandemic. Pretty much simple as that.

Also war is not only historically good for the reigning political party but also the military industrial complex. Northrup Grummund, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon has had their share prices go up between 10-13% the last 6 months meanwhile all the major indexes have declined into a market correction.

That "not one inch eastward" story has been debunked.

If they cared about it that much then it would have been written down or memorialized.

Instead, the idea was shot down and was never agreed upon.

Ukraine is a puppet regime. Both the President and PM of the Ukraine are Jewish despite them making up less than 1% of the country's total population. Had they got their way and joined NATO they would've lined the border with missiles aimed at Russia. The only thing Putin is guilty of is defending the sovereignty of his nation.

I mean it may be good for the military but everything else turns into chit. So its actually not a good thing.

Not to mention the US spend trillions yet some how can't provide freedoms to Ukrainian Hbbs in times of need. Where did all of that money go? And why spend that much if its not going to do anything?

I totally agree. Politicans and bureaucrats are going to be the death of this country. I have pointed out on social media 2 examples of local waste of unused Covid relief funds and no one really cared. One county spent 2.5 million on buying a failing bunny ski slope and the other county was planning to blow 50 million on helping out the homeless poor in the Martin Luther King blvd. of the community just a hemorage of dollars we dont even have and they dont even try to hide it anymore lol.

With civilian politics, I think for the most part the politicians do a decent job. There's always going to be decisions where we disagree with. But I'm more interested in military politics. Decisions made here have the most profound effects imo.

Ukraine had a democratically elected government in 2014 that was pretty pro-Russian and foreign actors armed and trained locals to overthrow the government.

Basically exactly what the US did in Iran back in the 1970s.

It was a coup.

The new government that rose from that is super anti-Russian and pro-American. Hence why the Bidens have such a cosy relationship with them.

This is typical US/Russian cold war era proxy war **** that has been going on since the 1950s.

I wouldn't go that far. I don't support either side, it's not a basketball game.

But it's important from a historical perspective to at least understand the motivations behind what is happening here.
