Watched these 2 videos on how banks work and now I feel sick
Jesus christ. We're truly fcked.
Cliffs:
Deposits:
Banks keep 10% on reserve and then loan out the other 90%, so you deposit $100, the banks take it and can then loan out $1000, then the person who took the loan can go to a different bank and deposit the $1000 and then that bank can loan out $10,000 and so on.
Loans:
Banks literally create the money out of nothing and give it to you as debt. They then give you that debt and you pay it off with interest. When you pay it off, the debt goes, the money goes but the banks still have their profits from the interest.
And God dam , central banks are even worse. Japan's central bank is that countries biggest share holder. they can print money at will and buy physical assets with it.
97% of all money is debt.
Estimates of how much money is in circulation through multiple derivatives and leveraged positions is $100 QUADRILLION dollars. More than 10x the global gdp.

The most hated sort, and with the greatest reason, is usury, which makes a gain out of money itself, and not from the natural object of it. For money was intended to be used in exchange, but not to increase at interest. And this term interest, which means the birth of money from money, is applied to the breeding of money because the offspring resembles the parent. Wherefore of an modes of getting wealth this is the most unnatural.

And tax is there to keep you enslaved and broke. The governments print unlimited money out of thin air yet you work 40 hr work weeks for it. Then you give half of that to them. Brootal

Yes and everything is far more expensive because of usury.
Usury begets more usury and is just slavery.

OP is 12 and what is this?
Seriously, one of the first things my Dad told me about banks was that they don't actually have your cash sitting there just collecting dust, What do you think this is, Gringott's from Harry potter with your dollar bills just sitting there in a vault? Of course banks create profit by borrowing money at an interest rate and lending it out at a higher interest rate. That's how businesses are started, homes are bought, etc. But banks don't just hand out money to anybody.

There use to be an older multi part video series about the federal reserve. It's hard to find these days for obvious reasons but it exposes a lot of the innner workings and history of the central banks.
It's absolutely pissening, indeed.

Don't worry about all these trolls Opie, it doesn't matter how long it took you to see the chains, focus on how you can get out of them now that you do.
