Tennessee / N. Carolina Boyos - Should I move there in retirement?
I've spent a lot of time traveling out west, and Colorado and Upper-Washington State are just stunning.
But we took a 3 day trip From Nashville to Great Smokies. So many nice small towns out side the tourist traps of Gatlinburg. Townsend, Maryville and i'm sure countless more cool areas where $600,000 gets you a nice home w/ a view of the App. Mountains. and National Forests.
Pros and Cons of Tenn and N.C. vs Texas?
I'm going to retire in about 10 -12 years and GTFO of Houston.
Reps for extra honkey tonk sass.
