Would you hook up with Vladimir Putin in order to stop the Russian-Ukraine situation?

Vladimir Putin promises to withdraw all troops, stop the invasion and make peace with Ukraine but only on one condition. You have to make out with him for at least 60 seconds straight. No one else will ever find out or know about it. Thousands of lives will be saved.
