Video: If We Had Told People This Was Gene Therapy We Would Have Had 95% Refusal

I know, I know. But the pertinent part is super short and I couldn't resist.

The speaker is Bayer Pharmaceuticals Division President Stefan Oelrich.

Crazy anti-vaxxers calling the safe and effective FDA approved vaccines gene therapy...lol.

You could literally sit down your average vaxxer, tie them to the chair, tape their eyes open, and force them to watch this and any other video or information that shows vaccines didn't work, weren't safe, and that the government violated the constitution by mandating them. They will not absorb or process a single word of it. Right now all that matters is PUTIN.

Well, the thing is, they aren't gene therapy. Something I've said many times before:

The vaccines can't alter your DNA because they can't access the nucleus; they're not only too large, they lack the molecular signal to gain entrance. A simple evolutionary defense mechanism which evolved to ensure we don't die from everyday bacterial and viral infections. And even if it could enter the nucleus, the vaccine still lacks two enzymes which are required to properly integrate into the DNA. Reverse transcriptase is needed to turn it into DNA (which is the enzyme the virus uses to replicate itself, not us), and it needs integrase to be inserted properly into the genome.

Without all of the above, there can't be any gene therapy or gene integration. Once it is used by the cell to produce the requisite antigen for immune identification, it's consumed very quickly.

EDIT: I just tried to make a lengthy post in the R/P which was well sourced and argued but I hit that lame Access-Denied page. Which was effing stupid and frustrating since I spent so much time on that post. WTF?

Basically, I further the above argument by showing that the vaccine is specifically altered so the spike protein can't get into the cell, let alone the cell nucleus, and get up to shenanigans. This actually reinforces the vaccination stance tenfold, since the paper I was dealing with showed the spike protein interfered with DNA repair and metabolism should it localize subcellularly, but this can only happen with natural infection because the vaccine was altered to prevent this happening.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

But from the guy speaking in the video:

"...ultimately the mRNA vaccines are an example of cell or gene therapy ...if we had surveyed 2 years ago the public "would you be willing to take gene or cell therapy and inject it into your body we would have probably had a 95% refusal rate..."

What is it with the anti-vaxxers resorting to childish name-calling the second someone corrects their conspiracy theories? Do you know what an ad hominem is?

This is taking Oelrich's words out of context. He knows it isn't gene therapy for the scientific reasons I outlined. Listen to the whole thing with appropriate context and you see he isn't admitting it's gene therapy. What he is saying is that the widespread introduction, success and acceptance of the mRNA vaccine heralds a technological breakthrough and marvel. This isn't saying the vaccines are gene therapy, this is saying that the technology which is the common denominator between the vaccines and gene therapy, due to its massively successful uptake, has been a major milestone for further developments of the technology which could eventually culminate in successful cell and gene therapies further down the road.

The whole process occurred rapidly within six hours. The vaccine’s mRNA converting into DNA and being found inside the cell’s nucleus is something that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said would not happen.

If it's gene therapy, then you should be able to show how the vaccine's mechanism of action satisfies the criteria for being classified asgene therapy. The definition ofgene therapybeing used should be well-defined and would, ideally, match what is used by some relevant agency, like the FDA. If someone can demonstrate that, an actual argument will have been made.

Until then, this is nothing but a lazy gotcha and textbook appeal to authority. It's also especially dumb since it's just a business **** hyping up future products at a summit. There isn't even a real expectation of technical accuracy.

A related question, what rational mind hears that the antibodies produced by the jab are different than the antibodies produced by natural infection, and thought that was a GOOD thing?

But I guess I'd be asking folx who think they can jab themselves to safety

what rational mind thinks that a 'vaccine' that reacts to one aspect (spike protein) of a virus is better than natural immunity that responds to multiple aspects of the virus and is longer lasting......Sars COVID 1 naturally infected people still have protection 17 years later

This. Anything resembling a “return to normalcy” is only occurring because the retard herders are letting the minions have a break. As soon as the people in power want and/or need, they can instantly whip the idiots into a frenzy over any number of topics. This is especially true now that they’ve seen how easy it is. As Yuri would say “for these people, demoralization is complete and irreversible”.

I guess they didn't edit that page yet.

Checkmate.
Repped.

FWIW I KNOW that I previously found and shared a link to a professional geneticist organization which were referring to the mRNA injections as gene therapy.

Until then, this is nothing but a lazy gotcha and textbook appeal to authority. It's also especially dumb since it's just a business **** hyping up future products at a summit. There isn't even a real expectation of technical accuracy.
The only normal and reasonable person in this thread. It's just flat out disingenuous to claim that the mRNA vaccine is gene therapy. Gene therapy is an intervention specifically meant to alter your DNA for the purposes of treating ageneticcondition; to fix or replace a disease causing gene.

You can't convince magical thinkers with science. The basis of hesitation is in magical thinking, not scientific thinking. The anti-vaxxers think the virus is going to get inside them, mutate their DNA and turn them into virus monsters. Failing to understand RNA is a code that all forms of life use, us included, and the RNA introduced into our cells only codes for one protein, not the entire virus.

The anti-vaxxers base their whole conspiracy around 'what if's, counterfactuals, and invention of scenarios that don't exist. It's as if their lives are so boring it makes the world more exciting to think evil entities are conspiring against them. Then, of course, they get mad and react angrily whenever someone posts the contrary position.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

You're an idiot.

Nobody is worried they're going to turn into a werewolf.

We're not worried about some nefarious plan. We're worried that injecting random alternations will cause cancer or other health issues down the line. How do you think radiation causes cancer?

The Swedish study already established that the vaccine enters the nucleus of liver cell DNA. But you're trusting Pfizer and a political party on their word that it could never cause, say, liver cancer.

Just lmao at the religious faith in the vaccine and drug companies.
