Goddamn, Air Fryers are worth every penny of their cost
Gordon posted the Air Fryer he has a couple days ago, and I decided to have it delivered yesterday from Amazon. Have cooked Roasted Potatoes twice, a pound of Chicken Thighs, Two Pounds of Meatballs. This is all since it arrived yesterday at around 3PM. Easy as hell to clean up, you just run it under water, and nothing else to clean.
This is going to replace both oven and grill for me. Will probably pay for itself within a couple weeks.
Thanks Gordon!

Try vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower. Toss in olive oil and it's crispy and amazing. Same with sweet potatoes.

I’ve been trying to make the typical bodybuilding chicken breast meal for years now and eventually just gave up. I’d try baking it, frying it on a pan at all sorts of different temperatures for different amounts of times with different spices and every time it would turn out atrocious - dry and tasteless
Last night I threw some olive oil, paprika, minced garlic, onion powder, pepper on a few breasts - Pounded them and threw them in the fryer for 12 mins and they were unreal. This air fryer solved this 10 year issue I’ve been having.
And it took 12 mins - as opposed to me standing there over a frying pan for half an hour getting splashed with hot oil or sitting there for 40 mins while they bake in the oven. Just an incredible device.

Tried one before, didn't like it.
Maybe I didn't use it right?
As far as kitchen gizmos it's way down the list with Foreman Grill on top followed by Presto Pizzazz.

my go-to quick meal has been tuna patties:
Add: 2 cans of tuna, shredded cheese, and an egg to a bowl, mix it all up, and make patties out of it, sprinkle on some panko bread crumbs, throw it in the air frier at 350 for 10 minutes, they come out perfect every time. I like to dip them in siracha.

I can wait 5 -8 minutes for the oven to preheat while I prep the food. So why do I need one? Genuinely curious.
