Why is Bill Cosby still on TV

SRS. Is this not actual rape culture? Ever time i scroll the cable guide and see a full schedule of the Cosby show i think WTF. Does being black give you a pass to rape?

Last I checked the Cosby show is only on one channel; he got cancelled from a bunch of others.

I read a bunch of the court transcripts and they knowingly took drugs and the mood was already sexual. I guess that could be a grey area. Legally a women can’t consent if she’s drunk or drugged.

He was released because of a court technicality. He went into an agreement and cooperated with the civil case with the pretense that the prosecutor wouldn’t bring criminal charges. Then they went back and charged him.
