when tf are they going to do something about the robo calls?

This is getting out of hand. I get about a dozen robocalls a day. wtf is happening and who is responsible? I'm pretty sure the FCC could implement a system that could quickly detect bad actors and cut them off.

What's the attack vector here? What is being exploited, how are these spammers getting new numbers all the time?
