How many times have YOU fapped this month?

I have had a rough month in terms of consulting Professor Hans Jerkoff. I had my 9th session today (with porn), whereas in 2012-2015 ish I would have fapped maybe thrice at most during these 16 days. I wasn't horny for any of them, just did it for the heck of it I guess. It is not good for me I know especially aided by pr0n which I know is wrong...although I only really look at softish non-fetish stuff.

1 time. I was on a 26 day streak and relapsed on Mon morning. Felt good but then immediately bad after

My GF moved away like 3 months ago so I started chucking loads again. Probably about 4 times in the past 16 days. I try to keep it to a minimum because I used to be pretty out of control spending whole days just chucking load after load. I want to cut back to no more than once a week.

Yeah, I meant 9 times this month. 9 in a day would be self-harm!

I really need to bring it down to weekly or fortnightly.

There's nothing wrong with self-pleasure. It's good for you mentally and physically. It's only a concern when you can't do it mentally and/or you need hardcore porn to get off. That's when you know you have a problem.
