These were done at 400, which I think is perfect for Chicken Thighs. In the past I was doing 360 and they came out too greasy. In reality I think these were closer to 15 min cooking, because I like mine a bit more firm and dry.

Actually no salt. The marinade was pepper, paprika, a little cumin, oregano, parmesan cheese, olive oil and a splash of soy sauce. Came out tasty as fuk.
