Does anyone eat canned food everyday?

Is it safe to eat canned beans and canned vegetables everyday? The only meal I prepare is breakfast which consists of a bowel of alpen muesli and 3 fried eggs. I would eat fresh food for lunch and dinner but this is much easier. Thoughts? Should I stop doing this?

Sardines can be good if you buy a decent brand. I get connetable in sunflower oil with chili. It’s changed my perception big time. You can get them on Amazon

Canned vegetables might be inferior to fresh or frozen veggies. That said, don't let that fool you out of eating them if you won't legitimately replace them with fresh/frozen.

I used to buy fresh vegetables all the time. I really should buy them more often. I guess I just got tired of how most of them go to chit within 4 - 6 days of buying them at a grocery store. You either end up throwing some out because it goes bad, or are very good about your meal planning if you buy more than a couple fresh veggies at a time.

Honestly, 90% of what I eat is frozen/canned/dried food, and cold refridgerorator food that could be eaten cold or cooked. I used to really enjoy cooking, but lost almost all interest in it after getting divorced. Cooking just isn't nearly as rewarding to me when I'm only cooking for myself. Don't really care that's not the healthiest lifestyle these days. I only ever really legit cook these when I have my kid, otherwise I don't really care about cooking.

I'm sure it's ok, but I couldn't do it everyday. I eat Campbells Chunky Soup for lunch sometimes if I have nothing else, but that's probably the extent.
