Anyone tried Ka'Chava? Is it worth it?

Specifically this stuff?

https://www.kachava.com/collections/...RoCBKEQAvD_BwE

Seems pricey, as it's $120/mo if you use it every day. But seems to have everything needed from a vitamin standpoint, so I could probably justify the cost by cutting my morning supplements down to only a few.

Anyways, seems like it could be decent with a scoop of Whey. I'm looking for ways to get my body into perfect shape, as I'm 36 and interested in keeping my health for a long time.

Yes actually. I've been taking it for around 6 months now. The nutritional profile is really good. It's expensive but comes out to $4 a serving, less than a fast food meal. Do the subscription to save money every time then cancel. Mixing one scoop chocolate and one scoop vanilla gives a really nice flavor. They recently came out with those other two flavors, and they are ok. But Vanilla and choc are better tasting when you're consistently taking it daily. The other two get old imo, but they all taste good. As good as you can expect something with that great of a ingredient profile to taste that is.

I also like Redcon1 MRE. Solid profile as well. Those are my two go to meal replacements.

And are you feeling good after taking it every day for 4 months? Better than before?

Well i always eat pretty clean overall and feel pretty good, so i can't say, but i would say starting my day everyday with it has been beneficial to my body when i dont have the desire or want to spend time making something to eat. Well worth it imo and i'll continue to buy.

I never heard of it before. What's the difference between this and huel? Or are they pretty much the same thing?

I have tried Huel as well. Huel is basically just oats and pea protein. Kachava's nutritional profile is far superior.
