celebrities doing commercials irates me

It speaks to the idiocy of society that corporations give millions of dollars to celebrities to pitch their products because they know that increases sales. The level of stupidity someone has that will be drawn towards a product because a celeb is associated with it makes me angry and sad. Sad because it represents a ceiling of which humanity has and will always bump up against in terms of getting to meaningful solutions presented as part of being a society.

Agreed. The only thing worse is when a song that I've liked ends up being used for some commercial.

Case in point. 23 years later all I think of when I hear this song is fukking kunt plugs.
