36 annual days for me but I will be carrying over 5 days from last year so 41 in total.
You?

25 standard, can carry over 5. So 30 max.
So technically 39 paid holiday days in total, including bank holidays.

I have unlimited vacation, but it's not like I can take off for a month, I'm expected it use it responsibly.

Unlimited. I've taken 2 weeks off so far this year, 3 more weeks planned for later and then whatever else I want during the year.

I get 12 hours of vacation a month and 8 hours of sick leave. Current balance of each is 241 for vacation and 384 sick leave. I also get some personal development days during the year.

Good to hit the reset button periodically. Lol @ company man types who don't use their days - the company considers you replaceable, you are nothing to them.

I accrue an equivalent of 20 days per year equally throughout the year and it stops accruing when I hit 20 days. My company encourages us to take vacation and says that's the reason it stops accruing. We also have a "wellness day" per year which we must take and then describe to our manager how we mentally or physically refreshed that day (typical things are like going for a hike, doing something outside, etc). Our company also owns a condo in Lake Tahoe and allows any employee to stay there as long as we reserve it on our internal calendar.
I also work from home so basically every day is vacation.

Approx. 12 weeks vacation per year.
8 weeks over the summer, 1-2 weeks over Christmas, 1 week over Spring Break, and another half-week over Thanksgiving.

I'm self employed, and usually on vacation for at least 90 days per year. This year it seems like things will get a bit slow toward Q3-4, so I'll probably crank that up a bit.

36 - Annual Leave
12 - Paid Holidays
4 Day work week
Have to take a minimum of 3 weeks leave a year.
To be honest, it’s too much. Even with cashing in 600 hours a few years ago to pay off my condo, I still have over 1000 hours in my leave bank.

Unlimited.
Everyone else here gets 10 paid holidays, 6 personal days, and 2-4 weeks vacation, depending on years working (2 weeks up to 5 years, 3 weeks from 5-10 years, 4 weeks after 10 years.)

88 hours holiday
Vacation accrues at 1 day a month
Sick accrues at 1 day a month
I have the option to take any OT as comp time instead of pay up to 88 hours

Hey. HEY.
Hey. HEY.
No one is tracking this sh*t in 2022 WFH life
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
