Yup the war should only cause a shortage for the poors of the world, like Africa, Middle East, and EU. Only way we'll run out of food is if the gov sabotages production, and greedy corporations hoard stock and inflate prices for profit. Which is the most potential outcome.

The US is net exporters of food. With the current supply chain issues, there is an oversupply of food currently in the US.

One of our greatest assets is our ability to produce food.

Bible says it’s going to happen too. That we’ll have 1/4 of what we have now. And it’ll be controlled by the elites or globalists who’ll make it do you can’t buy food unless you accept the mark of the beast. So it’ll happen unless we are not in the end times yet but I’m not sure.

Starting to feel like the trial run for the end times lately. First we got the trial pandemic, next is the famine. Once they are done playing games I'm sure we will get the real plan.

Was hoping to avoid in my lifetime, but I guess we’re chosen to be Here during the great tribulation. Deep breath.

Yes, you would think so.

What I expect US shortages may look like:

- unavailable products in stores/out of stocks

- even higher prices because globalism means we are competing with everyone for the food supply UNLESS the government stops exports which I think is near zero likelihood

- more people dependent on food banks/SNAP/dumpster diving...theft maybe

For real famine to happen here vs. hunger/hardship things would have to really go to chit.

The famine will be something happening more in poor countries dependent on cheap imported grain to keep their populations fed.

Do you trap?

Because, FWIW, I've read that trapping smaller animals and fish is most sustainable for people vs. trying to keep up with ammo and traipsing around perhaps getting yourself shot by some other fool trying their luck as a new hunter.
