just tried tequila for the time ever (srs)

first time as not in a mixed drink or a shot wasted

had Clase Azul Reposado neat...**** was amazing

always been just a bourbon/scotch guy but might try and get into tequila. any of you brahs drink tequila? any recommendations for some cheaper ones like Casimagos?

Don't go cheap unless you're in Mexico

Import laws in the US allow for a 51% tequila and 49% cheap corn syrup alcohol mix. It just has to be more than half tequila. In Mexico it's always the real deal

Tequila brah checking in. It's my go to.

Best cheap tequila I've had is Espolon.

I love casamigos reposado but it's got additives that make it taste like vanilla. And its NOT cheap in Canada. Its $100 a bottle here.

I've had Tapatio as well and really enjoyed it.

Look for "100% blue agave" on the bottle and you wont have an issue.

All of the legit tequilas specify its 100%. And there are plenty of cheapmlegit options.

Cazadores and Espolon are cheap and legit.

Ive only ever tried patron, dont know if its good quality or whatever but I enjoyed it. Sober 2 years though so not gonna have any time soon
