Any brahs knowledgeable on Ozempic?

Been on it 2 weeks now, 27lbs lost so far.

I eat every 36 hours and its force feeding......anyone have tips on hacks for making sure I get quality food in? Taking electrolytes cause water goes straight through and I don't hold it. Thinking of getting a greens supplement for more micros.....

Currently 6'4 at 300, goal is 260-270 Pics aren't uploading atm I will post a pic of me at 330lbs

it works quite well and is often prescribed for metabolic syndrome/type 2 diabetes/severe obesity

the appetite suppression is a side effect, and may disrupt your satiety receptors/glp-1 receptors in the long term.

there is a new version that's taken orally
You can't fight fate

Ill talk to my dr about the oral if I can get it. Currently on week 3 and its insane. My usual grocery bill every 2 weeks is 400$......haven't grocery shopped in 2 weeks......saving me a chitload of money.

Oh for sure, energy for days. It feels like my days of intermittent fasting to be honest. I lost maybe 10% of energy at the gym with no preworkout.

You'll build up tolerance pretty quickly I think. Wegovy is the same thing(Semaglutide) but is prescribed up to 2.4mg per week.

Expensive stuff.
