Need motivation?

Depending on who you ask they'll say what you really need is discipline.

In any case I've been motivated by videos like what's linked below. The hour-long videos by that channel don't need to be watched, the audio is plenty. They feature the voices of some pretty admirable people like Jordan Peterson, Jocko Willink, Jim Rohn and more, enjoy.
