Fingers crossed all are rejected. 6 months ago they likely all would have passed. If those descriptors are correct, holy HIPPA violations in some of that.

HIPPA was completely neutered by the Feds during covid so don't expect any legal ramifications regarding that.

Bro most californians dont vote on that stuff, the left will just take voters who didnt vote and inflate the numbers to pass them. I didnt even know this was happening, they underplayed it so they can pass it. Slick tactics

If SB1390 goes through you basically no longer have a first amendment right in California.

Regardless of how fast the 'science' changes and how many times politicians/medical professionals have been wrong or caught lying. Californians will basically only be able to agree with what the government says about a topic.

Cali is fugged.

SB1390 is absolutely tyrannical. How can that possibly be allowed? And the slippery slope potential is guaranteed.

for anyone who wonders what the US would be like with republicans being a COMPLETE non-factor, it's california... by elections it's dems over republicans by about 3-to-1 and dems still complain about how republicans make their life miserable

That SB1390 is some truly Orwellian chit and I am pretty sure it will get struck down by the supreme court as a free speech violation. I mean it's one thing to enforce what people can and can't say on a private platform, but when you try to push that kinda chit in the real world with legislation it becomes a serious issue and constitutional violation.

Some people don't have the option to leave the hellhole yet. Those are reprehensible, and more will pass than won't. Hell is reserved for the people that create and champion these policies, best believe.

Not a liberal supreme court, they're likely to want to enforce it on the entire country.

Well then these democrats are doing themselves in. I mean they should realize how eventually there will be people running the country who aren't democrats, and if everyone is obligated to obey whoever is in power, that will work heavily against democrats.

lmao so they can inject your child with experimental drugs at the school without the parents knowledge

this is inline with their policies of destruction of the family unit and religion. The tyranical government is the one welding the power, the government run school will make the decisions on your child's health not the parent. When i went to public school they made our parents sign a permission slip to watch a sex ed video where the only thing they showed is someone putting a condom on a banana. now they got trannies talking to your kids and you have no say in the matter. the government raises your kids and influences their health and mind, not the parent. this is in line with societies like north korea and ussr acted like this.

This is the scariest one. OPs link only had brief cliffs but at face value, this is disturbing. Can't put out an opinion that the government seems untrue? That's some seriously scary chit. I wonder what the penalty would be

Meanwhile instead of talking about this and debating the merits, the mainstream media is busy blasting 24/7 war propaganda for a conflict on the other side of the world.
