As a trainer this is the cycle. When women get single they will start working out in order to attract a new guy. If he doesn't realize she let herself blow up in the past he gets duped and as soon as she has him hooked she whales up again. Guy might dump her (most of them are simps so don't) and if he does, rinse and repeat.
I've had one client over the years who's done this three times. Basically she works out hard for six months, looks decent, gets a boyfriend and stops seeing me and within six months is back to her original size and look. Breaks up with the guy and then comes back and does it again. I almost feel like warning the guys she starts getting serious with.
This is why you need to only date girls who have exercise as a regular part of their life and have for a long time. Plus relatively healthy eating habits.

ah memories of my ex. Met when she was tiny and smoking, over a year she gained and gained(5' girl gained 30 lbs in a year), talked to her about it, encouraged her to work out with me, always got excuses, continued laziness, and dumped.
Later found out she was in the hospital for a cyst or some **** and thats why she had lost a ton of weight.
