the secret to excellent buttered toast...

is to slice thinly slice your butter and lay it evenly on your toast. you get a much better spread and a more even spread. You also get a better amount of butter which is important because in my opinion, you want to taste a bit of 'saltiness' from the butter. If the butter is too cold I heat the knife up on the hob. I like to use Kerrygold.

if i have a baguette, it would be nice. a bit of olive oil, oregano, garlic. and then whip out the air fryer and pull a gordo for some beautiful garlic bread.
