Okay I made a thread to put songs in but someone deleted it.. guess we back here.. just wrote this to a girl whose got chemo, self harms.. throws up after she eats.. got kicked out of her house in this last week I've known her and I needed to get a point across.. thoughts?

Hey, so to be clear.. you aren't taking the time to listen so I won't take the time to edit and you'll encounter my process.. if I can make something funky with some Alan Watts then I'll be happy.. for now, it's all whitebread sounds the same don't want all day.. but if there's anything you'd like to beg, borrow or play with, go ahead.. this is all me.

One of these things is not like the other.

You have a nice tone.

'Cause "work in progress" and every one is a critic:

- progression [some bits seem halting, or as if they should move into a bridge]
- repetition [not required, but usual]
- enunciation [can't make out many words]

Random thing I only know because I was married to a singer- sometimes in order for listeners to hear the consonant sound you are meaning to convey you sing the wrong sound- but it sounds like the right sound.

Don't recall specific examples, just remember having it explained to me after a voice lesson sometime.

Yeah, I had to break while I was doing it to figure out chords and get the words but I don't feel comfortable sharing my lyrics so I sing with care to avoid enunciating. I forget them all after I've sung them and my recordings are bad so I never get all the words aha.. but with this girl, whose got a lotta trouble on her mind, I don't think it's so bad? Mystery.

That recording was like the third or what vocal I came up with for the progression.

Here's the first one I got on with.. but I haven't played it since I figured it out.



Enough of that lady for now.. unless I go to comedy with her tonight, I'll focus my attentions elsewhere.. reaching out to family and found a girl on Slowly who sings so gonna try and work on some stuff with her. Will try and get some takeaway later and gorge myself so I can do some lifting. Pushing weight is hard as hell rn.
