Literally breaking down your body to serve some tech/doctor/banker brahs si view you as unskilled uneducated low lifes

They have no respect for your craft and are often appalled by the price wondering how such mindless labor could commend over minimum wage rates

They barely give you enough for you to splurge your budget on monsters and 7 eleven hotdogs after you sometimes literally soaked in their piss and chit to fix their issues (plumbers)

True they really are too lazy to go on YouTube. The price of electrical work vs materials is absurd It’s very tempting to do yourself but that’s the only thing I won’t do

true story.. literally every person i say i'm an electrician too thinks its cool. not joking at all

i'm sure most are kinda like "maybe this guys serious. can die doing that stuff"

and almost 9 times out of 10 they say "they have some work"

i think there's somewhat of a truth as to whos attracted to the stuff, but i also think most people are completely ignorant as to what goes on. and that's because college wants your money mayne

and besides.. if a service is calling you, they obviously can't do it..

edit: it was never so blatant to me as now, when i've looked into going back to college. i have decent money despite not going, but i've tried to acquire more info on going back to finish a degree. and i get emails like "We're a TEAM!" and whatever fuken gay azz message that tries to lure you in.

and im like OF COURSE you want me to pay 40-60k dollars to attend your institution. Don't you?!?! Don't you?!?! then im getting phone calls from like a saleswoman trying to pitch to me about how i need a college education and all this chit

Lol sure, I knew a plumber that literally had to lie about his profession to get girls.

I've worked in construction, it's fuking chit but I never cared about the people's homes I was building. Most desk jobs are pointless.

being a carpenter sucks ass. its dirty ****ing work and the pay does not make it worth it. ZERO benefits (matching 401k, ect.). They only benefit is being able to flip houses on the side and make real money that way. otherwise would not recommend/10

I do get lots of side work and can make an extra $500-800 a month usually but it all goes to the bottom line of having to buy gas, trucks, insurance and tools.
