My progress over the years. I started lifting at 18 years of age, but was only going 2-3 days a week and eating 3 meals a day and i wasnt dedicated or consistent until i was 21. I have trained consistently and dieted since then.

from 17 years of age to 20, there is a difference of 10kg's. Started slowly building on my frame and had a desent base.

from 22 to 24 i worked and brought up alot of my weaknesses (arms, obliques and chest) as you can see and theres a difference of 7kg lean musce mass between the pics. This was the age when I started taking PED's, starting with just test only cycles before moving on to and stacking the stronger stuff.

from 24 to now i have brought out my shoulders a bit more and they are more capped and round (trained shoulders twice a week for a year to get them like this), and have been working more on my lower chest (as you can see at 24 years of age i had a weak lower chest) and more mass overall.




This is the most recent photo I have taken. This is the result and byproduct of 18 years of blood, sweat and tears. I have lost friends due to picking gym over social outings, I have puked during heavy training sessions, I have gone through many broken bones and surgeries, I have been through it all, and I would do it all again because all this pain has made me who I am today.

He sure is dedicated. He has stayed pretty lean throughout the whole period since he began lifting (with the help of PEDs too), but that still takes lots of will power and determination.

Chestbrah hasn’t experienced any sides from PED’s? Makes me want to hop on, and mean look at him. You hear about all these sides and sh!t but it sounds like cope. These guys walk around looking great and seem happy as fukk.

Sides usually come from stronger PED's, and abusing higher dosages without PCT.
Everyone reacts to them differently and you should always do research and reach your natty potential first

Based on my experience, I felt great while on, its the period when im off it that i started to feel side effects of low T, which PCT can help. I did get some acne, anger issues, very high sex drive etc but nothing too serious

Good on him. What a trial, living in Zyzz's shadow and always being hated. He could of succumbed to full blown depression and suicide tbh, but instead he dug in, worked hard and made it. Respect.

His physique at 26 years old is definitely achievable with good work ethic and decent genetics/proportions

As the temperature continued to increase, Zyzz managed to regain conciousness.
