uhhh because they are all on test and thats still illegal in sports....

sorry but it was kind of a stupid question that is answered that simply

there is no workaround for that because it would allow males to start using test you cant sinlge out "trans" males because they dont want to be referred as anything but full blown males.

There is or was. Female to male high school wrestler. They would not allow her to compete with males (which is what he/she wants) but she was allowed to compete with females.
