Used the Krusteaz mix, came out pretty good. Used oat milk instead of water for a richer taste and extra THICC texture.

Oh those look so good! How long do you cook them for? I usually make bread but would like to make some muffins.

Instructions call for 16-18 minutes, went with 17.

Hnnng on the smell of baking banana nut muffins

I like ripening mine until the entire peel turns black before cooking. Normally add extra banana to cuz fuk chemistry.
