I buy Korean short rib marinade and dab it off then broil them close to the flame for char and quick cooking.

The thin sliced brisket gets fried in pieces in a cast iron and dabbed with sesame oil/sea salt

Pork belly gets marinated and fried in cast iron which came out better then when I broil it but as im currently burning out my cast iron and smoking out my house, I regret it.
