Man Falsely Accused of Rape

He had to spend 365 days in jail (and lost his job) because she was pissed at him.

Once everyone found out she made it all up, she was sentenced to 35 days in jail.

Brian Banks is a newly released movie. Similar tones to this, wrongfully accused of rape. Missed his chance to play in the NFL because of it.

Hard not to rage at the girl during the movie.

Edit - Just checked, was released in 2018. My bad. Worth a watch though if anyone hasn't seen it.

sounds impossible since no women ever lie about that sort of thing.....



this ****ing bitch got 35 days in jail and has to wear an ankle monitor for awhile, meanwhile this dude's life is ruined. this is so ****ing insane and the fact that she is serving less time than he did is just absolutely absurd.

Punishment should be a free rape if the man deems his accuser rapeworthy. If not, he can send her to prison
