In Molly Shannon’s new book Hello, Molly!, she recalled a disturbing encounter with Diff’rent Strokes star Gary Coleman, though the way she tells it, the incident was not without humor. Back when Shannon was a young, struggling actress, Coleman attempted to sexually assault her, but he was so small that she “didn’t feel physically threatened,” and managed to literally toss him aside.

At the time, Coleman would have been in his early 20s, and he was one of the most famous sitcom stars in the world. Born with a rare kidney disorder, he never grew larger than 4′ 8″, and he maintained a cherubic child-like face well into adulthood. It made him perfect for playing a young boy on Diff’rent Strokes, and it’s one of the reasons that Shannon didn’t expect him to have sexual intentions.

“I was a virgin, so I wasn’t even thinking about that,” she recalled, also noting his dialysis machine in the suite. “He held my hand, and I was like, ‘He’s so cute!’”

But soon the hand-holding turned aggressive, and Coleman wouldn’t leave her alone: “He was relentless. He was trying to kiss me and get on top of me, and I was like, ‘Gary, stop.’ So I’d push him off. Then I would get off the bed, then he’d bounce on the bed – jump, jump, jump, jump – and wrap himself around me, then I would fling him off, then he got on top of me. I was like, ‘Gary, stop!’ but I guess because of his size I didn’t feel physically threatened.”

Just listened to that audio clip.....gatdamn that b/tch was cold-hearted.... the reason why Coleman died was because his wife told him to go downstairs to make her some food. The as he was lying helpless on the ground she was yelling at him to "sit down, sit down"....

And she wouldn't help him cause she claimed to have a fear of blood....

Imagine dying and your wife can't even show a little bit of empathy as you depart from earth...absolutely sad....

Kinda sad talkin smack about coleman and making fun of his height. Odd that she didn't mention why she was in his hotel room or on his bed OR most importantly stop him at holding his hand (which seems like a clear intention).

Prolly also forgot to mention that he just paid for a steak dinner at some celeb restaurant.

I thought this was from some story a decade ago...NOPE...from a recent interview on Stern.
