What’s the latest with Elon/Twitter

I must have missed something, people are saying it’s not looking good for Elon.

So far he owns 9.2% of twitter, largest shareholder. Refused becoming a board member because it was a trap. He offers a good offer to buy Twitter. If they refuse to sell, Elon dumps his stock and crashes the price and maybe rebuys one much cheaper and takes over or outright buys it currently.

Anything after that?

It seems if it’s just business, Elons offer is good and should easily be agreed to. Since it’s used as propaganda and censorship and not what’s best for shareholders, they will likely refuse his deal.
