Bringing back a fridge-worth of olives, pork steaks, liver pate (veggie replacement for the time being) and hot sauces alongside lemons and sparkling water bottles (no alcohol/cigs of piss).
In Eastern European cities most of us live in apartments and a neighbour struck up a convo with me about my life in the UK etc and noticed the above.
I explained I am doing low carb and how it has helped my cognition and cravings.
And the guy told me I have become a full americanised hippie srs.

brb EE and Russia are much richer relative to before so people are becoming obese here as well
brb the guy is barely 30 and already has a gut and smokes
